What sort of issues can you fix?

How much does it cost?
We charge a one-time fee of $499 for our quick fix service. You get 4 hours of dedicated developer time to diagnose and resolve your issue.

For rare cases, where more time is needed to fix your issue, we’ll inform you in advance of any additional costs so you are not obligated to proceed and can choose to decline.
What is your onboarding process?
Once we’ve discussed your issue and received payment, we request access to your store from our Shopify partner account.

We only request access to the parts of your store we need to resolve your issue. This means we won’t have access to any sensitive or customer data unless your specific circumstance requires it.
